Competition and Prizes

5 winners from each company track will enter the Final and to be interviewed in group by a judging panel comprising the Chamber leadership and YEC leadership. Each candidate will introduce themselves, and then answer questions from the panel. These questions may be related to the things they learnt from the programme such as visits, mentorship and training. The winner of this round will be the Final Champion!

First Round 

A panel of company representatives will conduct a group interview with each of the student participants for a hypothetical job. Each candidate will start with a two-minute self-introduction. Then the panel will ask the candidates more about themselves and how they would fit in to the role, and why they are the best candidate for the job. Each of the five sponsor companies will then select a winner who will go on to the Final.

Final Round

The winners from each company will enter the Final. This will be conducted in group interview format in front of a judging panel comprising the Chamber leadership and YEC leadership. Each candidate will introduce themselves again, and then answer questions from the panel. These questions may include what they learned throughout the programme including the site visits, mentorship stage and training sessions. The winner of this round will be the overall Champion!
